Every analysis in Foodworks traces back to verified Australian and New Zealand food composition data. AusFoods and AusBrands are Xyris’s proprietary databases, drawing on AUSNUT and the Australian Food Composition Database, the official reference data published by FSANZ. They also draw on FOODfiles, New Zealand’s national food composition dataset maintained by the New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research and the Ministry of Health. It’s the same data trusted across clinical dietetics, food regulation, and university teaching in both countries.

Is Foodworks Education the same software as Foodworks Professional?
You can create both Professional and Nutrition Labelling workspaces with your Foodworks Education subscription. Do students need to install anything?
