Do you offer volume or enterprise pricing?
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for multi-licence subscriptions and organisation-wide deployments. Discounts apply automatically at checkout for 3+ licences, and increase as you add more users. For a custom quote or more information, contact our team.
I need both analysis and labelling. Should I get Duo?
If you need to analyse dietary intakes and produce compliant food labels, Duo is the most cost-effective option. It saves $470/year compared to subscribing to Professional and Nutrition Labelling separately.
I’m a student. How do I get access?
Your university or institution provides access through their Foodworks Education subscription. If your institution doesn’t have Foodworks, contact us and we’ll help.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may cancel in the app through your Organisation Settings. The cancellation takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You can reach out to our team for further help.
What happens if I don’t renew?
If payment fails or isn’t made, your access to Foodworks is disabled. If you’re on an invoice plan, you receive an invoice on renewal day with 14-day payment terms.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
You can change your billing period from monthly to annual in the app through your Organisation Settings. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
How does per-user pricing work?
Each user needs their own subscription. You can add and remove users through your organisation’s admin portal at any time. When you add a user mid-billing cycle, you’re charged a pro-rata amount. When you remove a user, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Can I try Foodworks before I buy?
