We first assess a client's diet either by entering it into FoodWorks as a food frequency, or even better, importing their diary from Easy Diet Diary [to FoodWorks 10]. With a solid overview of the energy balance and nutritional adequacy of their client’s intake, the discussion with the client becomes less ‘emotional’ and more ‘objective’.
